Advances in deep learning methods such as AlphaFold have revolutionized our capabilities of modeling molecular systems. Conversely generative methods inspired by these advances as well as methods from natural language processing have transformed our ability to design and engineer new (bio)molecules, with tremendous potential for applications in therapeutic discovery and sustainability.
