The AI Adoption Lab is a highly interactive session for people with first-hand experience of introducing AI into real organizations, teams, projects or programmes. We are looking for participants who have led organizations, teams or transformation initiatives and can contribute concrete experience of what helped or hindered AI adoption in practice.

What created resistance? What changed behaviour? Where did leadership, incentives, trust, workflows, skills, professional identity or organizational culture become decisive? And what unexpectedly accelerated adoption?

Participants will work with real cases from the room, while a live AI Council listens across the discussion, identifies patterns, challenges assumptions and red-teams proposed solutions.

The aim is not to discuss AI adoption in the abstract. It is to combine the experience of the room and AI-assisted analysis to uncover the human and organizational conditions that determine whether AI actually gets used.

In 60 minutes, we will turn these insights into an AI Adoption Stress Test: a practical framework for assessing whether an AI initiative is not only technically ready, but organizationally ready for adoption.

Participation

The session is limited to 25 participants. It is particularly suited to:

· executives and organizational leaders

· programme, transformation and innovation leaders

· project and product leaders responsible for AI implementation

· researchers or practitioners who have worked directly with organizations adopting AI

Participants should have first-hand experience with an AI adoption initiative and be willing to openly discuss both the obstacles encountered and the factors that helped adoption succeed.

No passive attendance.

The goal is to create a small, diverse group in which everyone brings relevant experience and contributes actively.
